Christmas Tree shopping
I never realized it would be so hard to find a place to buy a Christmas tree in the city. I hadn't thought about it before because normally I just set up my antique silver aluminum Christmas tree and color wheel. This year I had a desire for a real tree, I needed the smell.
We searched online, looked for signs, asked around and didn't know where to get a tree without finding someone with a car to drive us. Finally we searched craigslist and found an ad looking for volunteers to work at a Christmas tree lot on Capitol Hill.
So, if you are looking for where to buy a Christmas tree in Seattle, or more specifically, where to buy a christmas tree on Capitol Hill, the dunshee house is the place to go.

I finally got to put my Christmas tree up tonight. It is a fake one, but a pretty one. We got to let Itty Bitty hang her first ornament on the tree. She was too cute when the lights on the tree lit up.

That's so cute. You'll have to put some pics up of her and the tree!

Yeah, I'm so looking forward to you and Alex being here. I love Christmas!! It doesn't seem to matter how slow I am getting inspired, once the house is done I get so excited.
Love you

I'm not really into Christmas since I shot my eye out with my Red Ryder BB gun with a compass in the stock, and this thing which tells time.

Been up to my eyeballs in it. Nearly drowned in office minutia, despite which, I've been reading your Blog. Just haven't been very commenty until yesterday.

Dude, you rock. I live on Capitol Hill and it had not been for your excellent blog post I would have spent hours and felt similar pain trying to find a place to get pre-cut trees in the city.
Many Thanks,
-Paul
